AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
SUBDIVISION FOR KRESSWOOD TRAILS TOWNHOMES, LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF BULL VALLEY ROAD, EAST OF CRYSTAL LAKE ROAD, IN THE
CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the PARKWAY BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee under
Trust No. 10693, the record title holder, and the PACINI GROUP, L.L.C., contract
purchaser, has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision of approximately
20 acres of property located on the north side of Bull Valley Road, east of Crystal Lake
Road; and
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry Plan Commission has reviewed this Preliminary
Plat at its meeting held August 20, 1998, and provided a record of its proceedings to the
Corporate Authorities; and
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities have found that this Preliminary Plat is in
conformance with the Ordinances of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Preliminary Plat of Subdivision entitled Kresswood
Townhomes, prepared by Ennis Engineering, Ltd., dated June, 1998, and last revised
on f �V - I is t 19 Cl 61 , attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, be
and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2: All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the terms and
provisions hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under
the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County,
Illinois.
Section 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
