RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois that a contract
is hereby awarded for the following:
Section 08-00069-00-RS, 2008 MFT Street Resurfacing Program, to Curran
Contracting Company at their low bid of $549,873.81
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign, execute and deliver the necessary contact and contract bond
documents in conjunction with the aforesaid project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 31st day of March, 2008
