A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF THE BULL
VALLEY/CHARLES MILLER/CHAPEL HILL ROAD CORRIDOR ACCESS STUDY
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry, McHenry County and the Village of Johnsburg
determined that there was a need to perform a traffic access and impact study for an area
generally described as to including Bull Valley Road, Charles Miller Road and Chapel Hill Road
from Draper Road to the Johnsburg Bridge over the Fox River; and
WHEREAS, said study will be of immediate and lasting benefit to the City of McHenry,
the Village of Johnsburg and McHenry County stipulating the specific responsibilities of each
party for the implementation of the traffic access and impact study, said study attached hereto
and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Commission recommends approval of the Bull
Valley/Charles Miller/Chapel Hill Road Corridor Access Study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS: That the: Bull
Valley/Charles Miller/Chapel Hill Road Corridor Access Study is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to distribute two
copies of this resolution to the City Administrator, one of which will be forwarded to the Village
of Johnsburg and one to McHenry County.
