AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE CITY OF Mc:HLEItRY
OF THE CITY OF McHENRY
WHEREAS, a Petition to zone the property set forth on Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance was filed with the City of
McHenry by Petitioners, WALTER J. BOLGER, owner of record, and JOSEPH T.
DIESCHBOURG, contract purchaser; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioners did request that the property upon annexation to
the City of McHenry be zoned "RS-2" Medium Density Single Family Residential
District in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Zoning Board of Appeals on
November 11, 1991 at which time the Zoning Board of Appeals did hear evidence
in the matter of the Zoning Petition; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of McHenry have made spe-
cific findings of fact pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry
in support of the requested classification of the property as "RS-2" Medium
Density Single Family Residential District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the above recitals are hereby adopted as if set forth
fully herein.
SECTION TWO: That the property as identified on Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and made a part hereof of this Ordinance, is hereby classified "RS-2"
Medium Density Single Family Residential District pursuant to the City of
McHenry Zoning Ordinance.
PASSED BY A MAJORITY OF THE CORPORATE AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, THIS 19th DAY OF February , 1992.

the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said
