AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Kevin Mundt is hereby granted a license to operate 27
mechanical amusement devices on the property commonly known as 4310 West Elm
Street in accordance with the terms and provisions of Ordinance No. 0-90-527
which grants the Petitioner a Conditional Use on the property to operate a
family entertainment center. Said license shall be issued annually pursuant
to all applicable City Ordinances governing the issuance of such licenses.
SECTION 2: That the operation of the family entertainment center per-
mitted pursuant to Ordinance No. 0-90-527 as a Conditional Use on the property
commonly known as 4310 West Elm Street, McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois
shall be permitted to remain open for business until 12:00 midnight Sunday
through Thursday; and on Friday and Saturday nights until 1:00 a.m.
SECTION 3: That the operation of the family entertainment center per-
mitted pursuant to Ordinance No. 0-90-527 as a Conditional Use on the property
commonly known as 4310 West Elm Street, McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois
shall be allowed to provide food and/or beverages to be sold on the premises
through vending machines and over-the-counter sales.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
SECTION 5: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
