RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Open Meetings Act specifies that Executive Session Minutes be
reviewed for approval and release at least once every six months; and
WHEREAS, the McHenry City Council has reviewed and recommended for
release the following Executive Session Minutes:

November 21, 2005
March 31, 2003
December 12, 2005
May 5, 2003
December 19, 2005
December 29, 2003
January 30, 2006
July 19, 2004
March 13, 2006
January 31, 2005
July 10, 2006
August 29, 2005
August 28, 2006
September 7, 2005
September 18, 2006
October 3, 2005
October 2, 2006
November 7, 2005
November 20, 2006 (F & P)
December 4, 2006 (F & P)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of McHenry, Illinois, that authorization is hereby granted to approve the Mayor
and City Clerks execution of the aforesaid minutes of specified Executive Session
Minutes which are now authorized for release.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be made a
permanent part of the City Council minutes.
