ORDINANCE N0, 0-90-52'8
AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McKENRY, MCRENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the
following described real estate be changed from "RS-1"', Low
Density Single -Family Residential District classification to
Industrial District classification under the terms
and provisions of the City of McHenry Zoning Ordinance:
The South 75 feet of the East 1525 feet
of that part of the North Half of Section
10, lying Westerly of the centerline of
Illinois Highway No. 31, all in Township
44 North, Range 8 last of the Third
Principal Meridian in McHenry County,
Illinois.
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in
conflict with the terms and provisions hereof, be and the
satne are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in
pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate
authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
