ILLINOIS WHEREAS, JOHN N. FIALI AND ROBERTA N. FIALI are the record owners of the real estate hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, the MAYWOOD-PROVISO STATE BANK, as Trustee under the provisions of a Trust Agreement dated the 12th day of January, 1989, and known as Trust No. 8029, and its sole beneficiary, FOXFIRE DEVELOPMENT CO., an Illinois corporation, and C. F. SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause an accurate map of the real estate described and annexed to be prepared or obtained, and when satisfied as to the accuracy of said map, record the map and a certified copy of this Ordinance in the Office of the •Recorder of Deeds, McHenry County, Illinois. Following the recordation of this Ordinance and the map of the real estate above described an annexed, a copy thereof shall be filed in the Office of the Clerk of McHenry County, Illinois.
