ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE CITY OF MCHENRY'S SHARE
OF THE COSTS OF THE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT ON (F.A.P. 860)
ILLINOIS ROUTE 31/120 STATE SEC: 14B-1(86) 88-00044-00-WR
WHEREAS, the State of Illinois acting by and through its Department
of Transportation is desirous of improving the (F.A.P. Route 860, State
Route 31/120) '3etween Third Street and Richmond Road in the City of McHenry,
County of McHenry; and
WHEREAS, the total cost .o the City of McHenry is estimated at
$26,335.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
Mc HENRY, Mc HENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City of McHenry does hereby appropriate the sum of
Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) as its share of the improvement of
Illinois Route 31/120.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of McHenry is hereby authorized
to attach a copy of this Ordinance to the Agreement dated November 16, 1988,
by and between the State of Illinois and the City of McHenry.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after it passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
