ORDINANCE NO.0-88-448
AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described premises are hereby
dedicated as and for a public roadway:
The West 60.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 44 North,
Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian (except
the South 33 feet thereof). All containing 1.7659
acres, more or less, in the City of McHenry, McHenry
County, Illinois.
A plat of dedication depicting the above described
territory is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein by reference.
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in
conflict with the terms and provisions hereof, be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in
pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate
authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
