Page 4 SECTION 2: The City Council makes the following express findings: 1) That any adverse impact of type or volume of traffic flow associated with the granting of the conditional use has been minimized. 2) That adverse effects of noise, glare, odor, dust, waste disposal, blockage of air or light, if any, o"r other adverse environmental effects of a type or degree not characteristic of permitted uses in the single family residential zoning district, have been controlled. 3) That the proposed conditional use will not have undue deleterious effect on the environmental quality, property values or neighborhood character already existing in the area. 4) That the proposed conditional use will not generate dis- proportionate demand for new public service or community facilities in such a way as to place undue burdens upon existing development in the area. 5) That the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to the safety or health of the employees, church members, or visitors associated with the present use, nor the general public in the vicinity. SECTION 3: That all Ordinances, parts thereof, in conflict herewith be, and :he same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage as by law provided. PASSED tzi.s 12th day of August , 1987.
