AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCHENRY, MC:HENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Corporate Authorities of the City of
McHenry, Illinois hereby expressly find that the
following described public and municipal utility easement
is no longer required by the public or the City of
McHenry, Illinois and that accordingly said public and
utility easement which is located on the following
described premises be and the same is hereby vacated:
That portion of Lots 1 and 2 in Riverside Terrace
Phase 1, being a Subdivision of part of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 45 North,
Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian as
recorded on March 13, 1981 as Document No. 812707
and corrected by a certificate of correction
recorded on March 31, 1981 as Document No. 813727 in
McHenry County, Illinois described as follows: The
West 5.00 feet of said Lot 1 (except the South 10.00
and the North 10.00 feet thereof) and the East 5.00
feet of said Lot 2 (except the South 10.00 feet and
the North 10.00 feet thereof).
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in
conflict
same are
with the terms and provisions hereof, be and the
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance,shall be published in
pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate
authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
