WHEREAS, a public hearing after due public notice was
held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of
McHenry requesting variations from the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of McHenry as applied to the below described
property, and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has made a report
containing findings of fact and recommending the granting
of two variations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois:
SECTION 1. A variation is hereby granted to the pro-
perty described in Section 3 hereof from the front street
ten -foot set -back requirements of Article IX, Section C-1
of the Zoning Ordinance as it applies to the subject pro-
perty so as to allow building construction to conform to
the building line presently existing on the property ad-
jacent on the South of the premises.
SECTION 2. A variation is herey granted to the pro-
perty described in Section 3 hereof from the requirement to
provide any off-street parking as provided by Article XVI,
Section A-8, as it applies to the subject property.

easterly 42.5 feet of Lot 1 and the South-
easterly 23.0 feet of the Northeasterly
42.5 feet of Lot 2, all in Block 23 of the
Original Plat of McHenry on the West side
of the Fox River, a Subdivision of part of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Town-
ship 45 North, Range 8 East of the Third
Principal Meridian, according to the Plat
thereof recorded July 6, 1840 in Book "B"
of Deeds, page 160, in McHenry County,
Illinois.
