OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF
McHENRY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, a Petition requesting annexation of the territory
hereinafter described has been filed with the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, said Petition for Annexation was duly and properly
signed under oath by the State Bank of Woodstock as Trustee under a
Trust Agreement dated May 15, 1964, and known as Trust No. 1451, as
owner of record of said real estate, by Cecelia M. Giuntoli as owner
of the entire beneficial interest of said Trust.
WHEREAS, the territory hereinafter described is not part of any
Public Library District, Country Club Drive is not a township road,
and fire protection service is not furnished by the City of McHenry, so
that notices are not required to be given to any library district, fire
protection district or township road district; and
WHEREAS, the territory hereinafter described is not located within
the corporate limits of any municipality but is contiguous to the City
of McHenry, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities find that all steps and pro-
ceedings necessary for the purpose of authorizing that the said
territory may be annexed have been complied with; and
WHEREAS, the annexation of said territory would promote the public
welfare and common good, and is in the best interests of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1. That the territory described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 102 and 103 in McHenry Golf Course Subdivision, Fox River
Addition, being a Subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 35 and the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 45
North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to
the Plat thereof recorded October 21, 1929 as Document No. 90215,
in Book 8 of Plats, page 2, in McHenry County, Illinois,
be and the same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
Section 2. That the boundary lines of the City of McHenry be and
they are hereby enlarged and extended to include within the corporate
boundaries the above -described territory R%h�. flag

Section 3. That a certified copy of this Ordinance, together with
an accurate map of the territory hereby annexed, shall be filed with
the Recorder of Deeds of McHenry County, Illinois.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
