An Ordinance
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Denise Drive which is between Oak Drive on the north and
Orleans Street on the south be and the same is hereby renamed Oak Drive.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized and directed
to notify the election authorities having jurisdiction in the area in which
the aforesaid Oak Drive is located and the post office branch serving said
area of said change in writing by certified or registered mail.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with this
Ordinance are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval, publication and notification as by law
required.
PASSED this 19 tH day of January, 1981.
