AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph 1 of Section VII D of the
Subdivision Control Ordinance of the City of McHenry, Illinois,
be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
1. Utility easements and cable television
easements shall be provided at the rear of all resi-
dential lots and along the side lot lines where
required. Such utility easement shall be at ]Least
ten (10) feet wide and normally centered upon the rear
or side lot line. Evidence shall be furnished the Plan
Commission that such easements and any easement provi-
sions to be incorporated on the plat or in deeds have
been reviewed by the individual utility companies or
the organization responsible for furnishing the service
involved.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances and parts thereof in conflict -
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet
form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities of
the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as required by
law.
