AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section VIII E of the Subdivision Control
Ordinance of the City of McHenry, Illinois, be and the same
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following provision
as and for paragraph 9(d) thereof:
(d) Trees shall not be planted in any
street right-of-way.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances and parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published in pam-
phlet form by and under the authority of the corporate
authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as required by
law.
