BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. All that part of Illinois State Route 120 lo-
cated within the City be and the same is hereby named Elm Street.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
and directed to notify the election authorities having jurid-
stiction in the area in which the aforesaid Illinois State Route
120 is located and the post office branch serving said area of
said change in writing by certified or registered mail.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage, approval, publication and no-
tification aforesaid as by law required.
PASSED this 5th day of February, 1979.
