ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT
TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the LA SALLE NATIONAL BA*i, •as
Trustee under the provisions of a Trust Agreement dated the
30th day of June, 1975, and known as Trust No. 49167, is the
record owner of the real estate hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, said real estate is within the
corporate limits of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois;
and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing before the
Zoning Board of Appeals was published in the McHenry Plain -
dealer, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the
City of McHenry, within the time provided by law and notice
was mailed, as required by ordinance, to the persons who last
paid taxes on all property contiguous to or abutting said real
estate, including property across any road, street or alley
from said real estate and said notices were mailed by certified
mail within the time prescribed by ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the
City of McHenry has held public hearing on the request for
amendment to the zoning ordinance and said Zoning Board of
Appeals has recommended to the City Council that the zoning
ordinance be amended so as to zone said real estate to R-4,
Multi -Family District.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:

shall be classified R-4, Multi -Family District, however, subject
to the restriction that the total number of dwelling units upon
the above described real estate shall not be more than 3.99 (nr
an average of 6.66 dwelling units per acre), under the provisions
of the comprehensive zoning ordinance of the City of McHenry.
SECTION II: All maps, plats, journals and
other records, including the official City map and the zoning
district map of the City of McHenry be and the same are hereby
amended to reflect zoning of the real estate hereinabove
described as being R-4, Multi -Family District.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall be known as
Ordinance No. 6- 3 2 and shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
