(; O-r '13 ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, the LA SALLE NATIONAL BA*i, •as Trustee under the provisions of a Trust Agreement dated the 30th day of June, 1975, and known as Trust No. 49167, is the record owner of the real estate hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, said real estate is within the corporate limits of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois; and WHEREAS, notice of public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals was published in the McHenry Plain - dealer, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of McHenry, within the time provided by law and notice was mailed, as required by ordinance, to the persons who last paid taxes on all property contiguous to or abutting said real estate, including property across any road, street or alley from said real estate and said notices were mailed by certified mail within the time prescribed by ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of McHenry has held public hearing on the request for amendment to the zoning ordinance and said Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended to the City Council that the zoning ordinance be amended so as to zone said real estate to R-4, Multi -Family District.
