QF McI�NRY, , r1cHE_�iRY COUi1TY, Ii,LI �OIS-,. , :JN-D AMENDING THE' ZONUt ORDINANCE OF THE CITY'fOP McHE'-iRY' Mc HENRY COUNTY,' ILLINOIS TO ZONE THE REAL 'ESTATE,AliNEXED WHEREAS, MCLAKE CO., an Illinois Corporation, is the owner of the real estate hereinafter described; and estate; and [WHEREAS there are no electors residing on said real WHEREAS said real estate is contiguous to the existin; corporate limits of the City of McHenry,McHenry County, Illinois, and the owner of said real estate desire to annex said real estate and have petitioned the City Council of theCity of McHenry, Mcrie.;ry! County, Illinois, for annexation of said real estate; and WHEREAS the City Council for and on behalf of the Cit; of ivicHenry leas heretofore approved the Annexation Agreement bearii� I date of September 20, 1977; which provides in part for the annexation of said real estate to the existing corporate limits of the City of McHenry, Illinois, land for reclassification of said real estate as 11B-1" Commercial Retail District as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of the City cf McHenry, Illinois; and vJHEREAS Notice of Public Hearing before the City of (McHenry Zoning Board of Appeals was published in the McHenry IPlaindealer , a newspaper of general circulation in the City of livicHenry, within the time provided by law; and W0-tEREAS the City of McHenry Zoning Board of Appeals has classification be approved; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: The following described real estate be and the same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the corporate limits of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, includin: all adjoining roads or highways as required by law: Lots 11 to 17 inclusive in Block 9 in ;Test Shore Beach, McCullom Lake, a subdivision of part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 45 north, Range 8, East -of the Third Principal Meridian inMchenry County, Illinois. S7_:TI0=\ II: Tne City Clerk is hereby directed to procure an accurate map of the real estate above described and annexed and when satisfied as to the accuracy of said map, recor= a certified copy of this Ordinance and said accurate map attache: thereto as Exhibit "A" in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, (McHenry County, Illinois. Following the recording of this 10rdinance and the map of the real estate above described and annexed, a copy thereof shall be filed in the Office of the Clerk of McHenry County, Illinois. SECTION III: The real'estate described in Section I and annexed is hereby classified "B-1" Commercial Retail District as defined ii the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois. COUNTY OF McHENRY CERTIFICATION OF PUBLICATION I, the undersigned, do hereby certify that I an the duly qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of McHenry, in the State and County aforesaid ("the City"), and that I am the keeper of the minutes, journal of pro- ceedings and other records of the Mayor and City Council of the City. I do further certify that on the 5th -day of December , 19 77 , there was published in pamphlet form, by authority of the City Council of the City, a true, correct and complete copy of Ordinance No. 0-129 of the City providing for annexation of McLake Co. property (7 lots on Ringwood Rd.) and that said ordinance as so published was on said date readily available for public inspection and distribution, in sufficient number, at my office as City Clerk located in the City.
