AN-M INANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COTINCIL•OF THE CITY OF
MCHENRY, COUNTY OF MCHENRY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section XII of the Subdivision Control
Ordinance of the City of McHenry be and the same is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. - This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect upon its passage and approval.
PASSED this llth day of November, 1977.
AYES: Nolan, Harker, Datz, Smith, Adams, Schaedel, Schooley.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Bolger
