AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. That part of Shore Hill Drive (platted
as Hilltop lying between:
a. 1903 North Sunset Avenue legally described as:
Lot 1 in Block 11 in Lakeland Park Unit No. 3, beingg
a subdivision of part of the East Half of Section 28,
Township 45 North, Range 8 East of the Third Princi-
pal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded
September 8, 1953 as Document No. 269384 in Book 11
of Plats, Page 90, in McHenry County, Illinois.
b. 1911 North Sunset Avenue, legally described as:
Lot 8 in Block 12 in Lakeland Park, Unit No. 3, a
subdivision of part of the East Half of the East Half
of Section 28, Township 45 North, Range 8 East of
the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat
thereof recorded September 8, 1953 as Document No.
269384 in Book 11 of Plats, page 90, in McHenry
County, Illinois.
be and the same is hereby vacated reserving unto the City of
McHenry and its licensees and all public utilities now maintain-
ing public service utilities thereon a perpetual unlimited
easement therein and thereover.
SECTION 2. Such street vacation is made upon a
determination by the Mayor and Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois that it is to the best interests of the City of McHenry,
Illinois that the aforesaid portion of said Street be vacated
and that such finding is made following proper application
therefore, public notice thereof and public hearing thereon
all in accordance with the Statute in such case made and provided.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
