Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1. No motor vehicles shall be parked at any of the following lo^
cations during the hours from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on August 1, 1976:
(a) On the east side of Riverside Drive from Pearl Street
to the end of the City limits.
(b) On the north and south side of Broad Street from Rivera
side Drive to Court Street.
(c) On the welt side of Court Street fooilrBroad Street to
Pearl Street.
Section 2. No motor vehicle shall be parked on the west side of Green
Street from Waukegan Street to Anne Street during the hours of 1:00 p.m. to
11:00 p.m. on August 1, 1976.
Section 3. East -bound traffic shall be prohibited on Broad Street from
Riverside Drive to Green Street during the hours of 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on
August 1, 1976.
Section 4. All motor vehicles, shall be prohibited from using Park Street
from Broad Street to Pearl Street for through traffic during the hours of 1:00
p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on August 1, 1976.
Section 5. ,Any person found violating any of the provisions of this or-
dinance shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10.00 not more than $800.
Section 6. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith, to the
extent of such conflict, be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 7. This ordinance shall be and is hereby published in pamphlet
form by and under the authority of the Corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
Section 8. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as by law required.
