AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR RECLASSIFICATION OF PREMISES FROM
R-I RESIDENTIAL TO R-3 RESIDENTIAL IN THE CITY OF McHENRY, COUNTY
OF McHENRY, STATE OF ILLINOIS.
WHEREAS, the PREMISES herein are best suited to single family
residences; and
WHEREAS, the surrounding properties are similarly classified
and Zoned for single family residences;
NOW .THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C I TY COUNCIL -OF THE CITY
OF McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
-SECTION ONE: The following described realty shall be reclassi-
f i edARRR-1 to R-3 residential classification:
Lot 1 in Edgebrook Heights Annex, a Subdivision of part ,of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 45 North, Range 8
East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat
thereof recorded February 14, 1957 as Document -No. 319418 in
Book 13 of Plats, page 9, in McHenry County, Illinois.
SECTION TWO: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: Thi s ordinance shall be in fu I I force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as is required
by law.
Passed by the City Council Of The CITY OF McHENRY, McHenry County,
Illinois. and approved by me this 12th day of July 1976.
