AN ORDINANCE
An Ordinance implementing certain requirements of the
Illinois Department of Transportation in connection with the
resurfacing of FAP Route 21 of (Illinois Route 120) from
Front Street in the City of McHenry to the Easternmost City
Limits.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF McHENRY OF THE COUNTY
OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm,
or corporation to connect or cause to be connected, any drain
carrying, or to carry, any toilet, sink, basement,•septic
tank, cesspool, industrial waste, or any fixture or device
discharging polluting substances, to any storm water drain-
age system constructed or repaired as part of the above de-
scribed resurfacing improvement.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm,
or corporation to construct or cause to be constructed, any
encroachment upon the travelled way of Illinois Route 120
Easterly from Front Street to the Easternmost City Limits.
Section 3. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm,
or corporation to n
any motor vehicle upon Illinois Route
120 Easterly fromStreet to the Easternmost City Limits
except where parallel parking lanes exist.
Section 4. Any person, firm, or corporation violating
this Ordinance shall be fined not less than Fifty Dollars
($50.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each
offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for
each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
