AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the
City of McHenry, Illinois as passed, approved and as subsequently
amended and as now in effect, and the zoning map of the City of
McHenry, Illinois adopted as a part of said Zoning Ordinance, and
as amended, be and they are hereby -amended as follows:
A. That the Special Use Permit heretofore granted to McHENRY
HOSPITAL, a not for profit Illinois corporation, as extended to
the following described property, restricted to additional off-
street parking space to be used by the -McHenry Hospital (which
was so extended by Amending Ordinance adopted by the Mayor and
City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois on November 1, 1971)
be and the same is hereby modified by removing -therefrom the con-
dition that parking thereon shall be permitted only between the
hours of 7:30 A.M. and 8:30 P.M.:
Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Block 2 in Venice Park Addition
to McHenry, Unit No. 1, according to the Plat thereof re-
corded February 25, 1941 as Document No. 152920, in Mc-
Henry County, Illinois.
B. That such Special Use Permit modification is intended to
permit the use of said property for off-street parking twenty-four
hours a day.
SECTION 2: That such extension is made following hearing
before and the affirmative recommendation of the Zoning Board of
Appeals of the City of McHenry, following proper application therefor,

publication of notice thereof, and public hearing, all in accord-
ance with the provisions of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall be in effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
