RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A
REPRESENTATIVE TO SIGN
GRANT DOCUMENTS
Whereas, application provisions for State grants require that the City
of McHenry authorize a representative to sign the grant application forms and
supporting documents as well as the grant agreement; therefore, be it resolved by the
City of McHenry that
Mayor Pamela J . Althoff is hereby authorized to sign all grant forms and
documents.
