WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Zoning Boarc
of Appeals of the City of McHenry pursuant to proper authority
and proper notice therefor having been effected through Dublicatio

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAIlsUIL by the City Council of the City
lof McHenry as follows:
SECTION 1: That the "zoning Ordinance of the City of IMcHenry
Ias passed and approved on the 12th day of IdA.ZCH1 1952, ace'
(such Ordinance as subsequently amended, be and is hereby amended
Iuy reclassifying from "R-3" single family district classification
Ito "E-1" commercial district, the following described real

subdivision of part of the North Half of the Southwest

of State Route 120 according to the plat thereof

Book 1) of Plats, page 55 in Nlchenry County, IllinoiF
