WHEREAS, the Adams Commercial Centre Final Plat of
Subdivision was approved by the McHenry City Council at its
regularly scheduled meeting on September 15, 1999 and was
recorded as Document No. 1999R0083506 on December 11, 1999;
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said subdivision have provided for
a 25' Access and Municipal Utility Easement on Lot 8 and Outlot: B
of the Adams Commercial Centre Final Plat; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said subdivision wish to amend
the language designating said easement as follows: 25' Access
and Public Utility Easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the owners of
the Adams Commercial Centre Subdivision hereby approve the
amended language for the easement located on Lot 8 and Outlot
B of said subdivision and said language amendment is hereby
approved by the City Council of the City of McHenry.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City
Council of the City of McHenry goes on record in support of said
language amendment.
