ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY; ILLINOIS,
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, an application has been made to amend the zoning
ii classification of Lots 12, 13 and 14 in Block 19 in Lakeland Park Unit No. 2,
ii under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry, and
�j such Ordinance as amended, from,R.-3A" Single -Family District to "B-3"
II Commercial District, and
WHEREAS, the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
it McHenry in regard thereto have been complied with, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been duly held and, as a result
Ii thereof, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of McHenry has approved
II and recommends the reclassification prayed for.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of McHenry, as follows:
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry, and such
Ordinance as amended, shall be amended to provide that
Lots 12, 13 and 14 in Block 19 in Lakeland Park Unit No.
2 be and hereby are classified "B-311 Commercial District.

The passage of this Ordinance was moved by Aqj',9KE/8 and
seconded by 91COM6-r- and upon a vote being taken, the Mayor declared
the motion passed.
PASSED and approved this 17th day of September, 1973.
