WHEREAS, Application has been made to amend Zoning Classification of the following described real estate, to -wit: The East 150.0 feet of Lot 8, in Block 1 of Owen's Addition to Out -Lots to the Village (Now City) of McHenry on the West side of the Fox River, a subdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 45 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded October 27, 1876 in Book 59 of Deeds, page 265, in McHenry County, Illinois. from residential to Business B-1 Classification. WHEREAS, Hearing upon said Application has been had before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of McHenry, after due and timely notice in conformity with the Ordinance of the City of McHenry WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of McHenry has recommended to the City Council of the City of McHenry that the Zoning Ordinance presently in force be amended so that the above described property be zoned Business "B-1". NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois as follows: SECTION 1. That the following described real estate, to -wit: The East 150.0 feet of Lot 8, in Block 1 of Owen's Addition to Out -Lots to the Village (Now City) of McHenry on the West side of the Fox River, a Subdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 45 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded October 27, 1876 in Book 59 of Deeds, page 265, in McHenry County, Illinois. be rezoned from residential to Business "B-1". SECTION 2. That all ordinances of the City of McHenry or parts thereof in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they conflict with provisions herein above set forth. SECTION 3.
