BE IT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
McHENRY, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1:
That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry, as
presently enforced, be and the same is hereby amended to reclass-
ify from "R-4" to "B-1", the following described premises:
The Northwesterly 53 feet of Lots 2, 3 and 6 (excepting
and reserving therefrom that part thereof conveyed by
Joseph N. Miller and wife, to Nicholas P. Justen and
wife by Warranty Deed dated April 3, 1935 and recorded
in Book 239 of Deeds, page 466), in Block 22 of the
Original Plat of McHenry lying on the Westerly side of
Fox River, according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Book B of Deeds, page 160, on July 6, 1840; said Block
22 being located in and being a part of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 26, Township 45 North, Range 8 East
of the Third Principal Meridian, in McHenry County,
Illinois. ALSO: The Easterly Half, 33 feet of that
part of Back Street adjoining said Lots 2, 3, and the
North 57 feet of Lot 6, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Book B of Deeds, page 160, on July 6, 1840;
said Block 22 being located in and being a part of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 45 North,
Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in McHenry
County, Illinois.
SECTION 2:
That all journals, maps and other records of the Zoning
Department of the City of McHenry shall indicate such amendment of
the Ordinance.
SECTION 3:
That all Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict here- -
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such con-
flict.
SECTION 4 :
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
