AND FEES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, that the compensation of the Mayor of the City of McHenry, from
and after the 1 st day of May, 1973, is hereby established in the amount of
Seventy-five ($75. 00) Dollars for each meeting, both regular and special,
of the City Council of the City of McHenry.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the compensation of each
alderman of the City of McHenry who shall be elected to such office after
the 1st day of April, 1973, is hereby established in the amount of Fifty
$50. 00) Dollars per meeting, regular or special, of the said City Council.
ALL ORDINANCES in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect following its
passage and approval as by statute made and provided.
Motion by Smith to approve, seconded by Hromec.
Voting Aye: Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pitzen,
Rogers, Smith.
Voting Nay: Bolger, Stanek.
Absent: None.
The Mayor declared the motion carried this 24th day of April,
1972.
