ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, a public hearing was had before the Zoning Board of
Appeals of the City of McHenry, Illinois, concerning a certain Petition
filed by Daniel W. Robson and Ladd Enterprises, Inc., which Petition
requested a variation of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry,
and such Ordinance as amended, which would permit the Petitioner,
Ladd Enterprises, Inc. , to erect upon certain premises a small direc-
tional sign, said premises being described as follows:
Those premises indicated as Outlot 10 in the Southwest
Quarter of Section 26, Township 45 North, Range 8
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in McHenry
County, Illinois, on page 169 of Sidwell Studios plat
of such Quarter Section.
AND, WHEREAS, it has been found that all legal requirements
under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry have been met by
such Petitioners;
AND, WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals did recommend
to the City of McHenry the granting of the variation requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of McHenry that the premises described herein may be used for
the erection of a two-sided directional sign, 31 x 4' in area, with the right
to so use the premises to terminate on the 31st day of May, 1974.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full fore and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
