AN ORDINANCE OF VACATION
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be to the best interests of the
residents of the City of McHenry to vacate a certain street or drive in
order that it and the surrounding area be replatted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of McHenry that the certain drive known as "Wiltshire Court",
as delineated on a certain Plat of Subdivision of Boone Valley, Plat No.
4, which said Plat was recorded on the 9th day of June, 1970 in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds of McHenry County, Illinois, and identified as
Document No. 525990, be and hereby is vacated.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval as by statute provided.
PASSED this 17th day of May, 1971.
