ORDINANCE OF VACATION
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry
that any public right of the said City of McHenry is vacated, released
and relinquished, as to the following described premises:
Apiece of land 14. 4 feet wide by 150 feet deep lying
North and adjoining Lot 1 in Block 6 in Lake View
Addition to McHenry, being a Subdivision of part of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 45
North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian,
and also being a part of Lot 1 of the County Clerk's
Plat, according to the Plat thereof recorded November
25, 1922 as Document No. 57101 in Book 4 of Plats,
page 74, in McHenry County, Illinois.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval, as by statute provided.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of November, 1970.
