HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - O-70-44.H - 10/05/1970 - ANNEX LOTS 105 AND 106 IN MCHENRY GOLF COURSE SUB0 - CN, ,y /6 -S 7 6 ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE CITY OF McHENRY WHEREAS, a Petition for Annexation has been presented to the City Council of the City of McHenry, and WHEREAS, the said Petition has been found to comply with the requirements pertinent to such annexation as found in the Illinois Revised Statutes in that the said Petition has been properly executed by all of the owners of record and all of the electors of record residing on said property, and said property is contiguous to the present corporate limits of the City of McHenry. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the following des- cribed property be, and hereby is, annexed to and made a part of the City of McHenry: Lots 105 and 106 in McHenry Golf Course Subdivision, Fox River Addition, being a Subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35 and the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 45 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded October 21, 1929 as Docu- ment No. 90215, in Book 8 of Plats, page 2, in McHenry County, Illinois. THIS ORDINANCE of annexation shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval, and after the recordation of this ordinance, together with the Plat depicting the premises as described herein, and accompanied by the required affidavit in regard to notice being given to the Trustees of the McHenry Fire Protection District, and the subsequent filing of a true and correct copy of this ordinance and Plat with the County Clerk of McHenry County, all as by law required.
