BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry that the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry, and such Ordinance as amended, and the Zoning Map of the City of McHenry, and such Map as amended, be and hereby are amended as follows: Lots 12 and 13 in Block 2 in Hay Heights, a Subdivision of Lots 3 to 8 in Kelter Estate Subdivision, Unit No. 2, a Subdivision of part of the East Half of Section 34, Township 45 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded May 10, 1955 as Document No. 292394, in Book 12 of Plats, page 25, in McHenry County, Illinois. Also: Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 in First Addition to Cooney Heights, a Subdivision of part of the North Half of Section 34, Township 45 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded March 2, 1953 as Document No, 262629, in Book 11 of Plats, page 71, in McHenry County, Illinois. Pro- vided, no automobile service station shall be permitted within 600 feet of any existing automobile service station. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, as by statute provided. Passed and approved this 17th day of June, 1968.
