BE IT RE�OLIrED, by the City Council of the City of
McHenry, Illinois as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of "crienry, as presently enforced, be and the same is hereby
amended to reclassify to "R-4" "Tulti Family District the
following described oremises:
Lots 15, 16, 17 and the East 1/2 of Lot 14
in Elock 3 of A.P. Freund's T.`ill Stream
Park Addition, unit Yo. 1, in the City of
EcHenry, Illinois.
SECTI^,:� 2. The the above described property shall
be considered as one parcel, but the use of Lot 15 and the East
1/2 of Lot 14 be limited to a two family dwelling structure
with a westerly side yard requirement of 20 feet.
SECTION 3. That all journals, maps and other records
pertaining to zoning maintained by the City of '.1clienry shall
be changed accordingly.
SECTION 4. That all ordinances or parts thereof
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to
the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its -passage and approval ac-
cording to law.
