HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - O-64-31.D - 09/08/1964 - REZONE VARIATIONz -sy O- 4%3/, D AN ORDINANCE 0 -3/. 0 AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF YcHENRY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL == THE CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the =ity of McHenry, Illinois as now in effect, and the zoning maps of the L-ity of McHenry, Illinois adopted as a part of said Ordinance be and thay are hereby amended as follows: A. That a variation be granted of the exist`.; "B-1" Commercial Retail District classification of the following descrL-ed property to :rmit the following specific and related uses, as wo�--; otherwise be permitted in a "B-3" Commercial District class ificatic_: wholesale sales, installation, service and repair of precision automobile instruments, air conditioners, ice cream vending machines, spray pimps for automobile washers and the like, and all necessary incidental stc=age of parts and materials therefor: Lots 2 and 3, except the Westerly 50 feet thereof, in Block 21 in the Original Plat of McHenry, Wes-- of the Fox River, being a subdivision of part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 45 North, Ran=e 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according tc =he Plat thereof as recorded on July 6, 1840 in Book E of Deeds, at page 160, in McHenry County, Illinois. B.
