ORDINANCE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
McHenry, Illinois as f ollowa :
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Crdinance of the City of
McHenry, as presently enforced, be and the same is hereby
amended to reclassify to Multi Family District the follow-
ing described premises:
Lots 18, 19 and 20 in Block 3 of A. P. Freundts Mill
Stream Park Addition, Unit No. 1, in the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
SECTIOi; 2. That all journals, maps and other records
partaining to zoning maintained by the City of McHenry shall be
changed accordincly.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTICY ►�. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
