BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry
that the following described property be classified "R-3" under the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry:
All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 34, Township 45 North, Range 8
East of the Third Principal Meridian, which lies on
the Easterly side of the Chicago and Northwestern
Railroad Company right of way; and a parcel of land
described as follows: Beginning at the point of inter-
section of the South line of the Northeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 45 North,
Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, with the
Southeasterly right of way line of the Railroad Company
aforesaid for a place of beginning; thence East along
the South line of the said Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter aforesaid to its point of intersection
with the East line of the Southeast Quarter aforesaid;
thence South along the East line of the Northeast Quarter
of the said Southeast Quarter to the North line of the
South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 34, Township 45 North, Range 8
East of the Third Principal Meridian; thence West
along the North line of the South Half of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter aforesaid to a point
of intersection with the West line of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter aforesaid; thence
North along the said West line of the Southeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter aforesaid to its intersection
with the Southeasterly right of way line of the Railroad
Company aforesaid; thence Northeasterly along the
Southeasterly right of way of the said Railrod Company
for a distance of 163.70 feet to the place of beginning;
containing 20.0078 acres more or less.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
of McHenry that the following described property be classified
"R-4" under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry:
All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 34, Township 45 North, Range 8
East of the Third Principal Meridian, which lies on
the Easterly side of the right of way of the Chicago
and Northwestern Railroad Company.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
of McHenry that the following described property be classified "I-1"
Industrial Park:
a. The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 45 North,
Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian.

b. That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 35, Township 45 North, Range 8 East
of the Third Principal Meridian, which lies West of State
Highway Route 61 (also known as U. S. No. 12)(excepting
therefrom the North 10 acres thereof).
c. The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 8 East of the Third
Principal Meridian.
d. All that part of the West Half of Lot 2 which lies
Westerly of the highway (Known as U.S.No. 12), in the
Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 44 North,
Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian.
e. That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 34, Township 45 North, Range 8 East
of the Third Principal Meridian in McHenry County,
Illinois, lying Easterly of the Easterly line of the
Chicago and Northwestern Railroad right of way.
f. All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 8 East of
the Third Principal Meridian and that part of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3 aforesaid
lying East of the Easterly line of the Chicago and North-
western right of way in McHenry County, Illinois.
Provided, however, that no buildiy or structure shall be erected on
such above described premises less that 150 feet from the center line
of the State of Illinois right-of-way.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
