ALSO Parcel 2 - Mid States Development Go.: All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 45 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, which lies on the Easterly side of the right of way of said Railroad Company, (containing 27. 23 acres more or less), in McHenry County, Illinois. AND, WHEREAS, there are no electors residing within the said parcels as above described, and that the signatures of all property owners of record affixed to the said Petition comply with all of the requirements of the statute of the State of Illinois as in such cases made and provided, and WHEREAS, Chapter 24 of the Illinois Revised Statutes, The Cities and Villages Act, in Section 7-1-7, provides that any Petition signed by all the property owners of record petitioning the City Council, and by all of the electors, if any, may secure annexation through the favorable vote of a majority of the City Council in acting upon the prayer of said Petition and the passing of an ordinance in conformity with such Petition for Annexation. WALSH, do hereby certify that I am the City Clerk of the City of McHenry, Illinois, and that the said City Council of the City of McHenry has duly passed the attached "Ordinance Annexing Lands to the City of McHenry, Illinois" at a regular meeting of the said City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois, on the 4th day of September, A. D. 1962, at which meeting the Mayor and all of the Aldermen of the City of McHenry were present and voting. I further certify that the attached "Ordinance Annexing Lands to the City of McHenry, Illinois" was duly signed by the Mayor of the City of McHenry and all of the Aldermen, as well as by myself as City Cle rk. I further certify that the attached plat is a true, correct, and accurate representation of the territory annexed to the City of McHenry by the attached Ordinance. I further certify that the attached Ordinance was adopted by the City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois, subsequent to the receipt by the City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois, of a Petition concerning the said property signed by all of the property owners of record in said territory so annexed. The Petition was prepared, signed, and certified in the manner by statute made and provided under the Statutes of the State of Illinois, Chapter 24, Section 7-1-f7.
