BE IT ORDAINED BY'THE CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
McHENRY, ILLINOIS, that the Zoning Classification of the
following described property:
Part of the South Halt of Section 26, Township 45
North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian,
described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast
corner of a certain tract of land heretofore con-
veyed by Lydie E. Owen to Matthias J. Baur recorded
in the Recorder's Office of McHenry County, Illinois,
in Book 165 of Deeds, page 418; thence North 73
degrees 48 minutes West along the Southerly line of
the above described conveyance for a distance of
130.17 feet to the Southeast corner of a certain
tract of land conveyed by Matthias Baur to H. J.
Scholle recorded as Document No. 182597, in Book
260 of Deeds, page 553; thence North along the East
line of said tract conveyed to H. J. Scholle and
being on a line forming an angle of 81 degrees
31 minutes to the right, with a prolongation of
the last described line, for a distance of 132
feet; thence Northerly along the East line of
said H. J. Scholle tract and being on a line
forming an angle of 16 degrees 44 minutes to the
left, with a prolongation of the last described
line, for a distance of 133.5 feet to an inter-
section with the Southeasterly Right -of -Way line
of State Highway Routes 120 and 31; thence North-
easterly along the Southeasterly line of said
Highway and being on a line forming an angle of
88 degrees 44 minutes to the right, with a pro-
longation of the last described line, for a
distance of 171.35 feet to a point, said point
being 65 feet measured at right angles to the
center line of the State Highway; thence North-
easterly parallel with the center line of said
State Highway, for a distance of 28.65 feet;
thence Southerly on a line forming an angle of
103 degrees 34 minutes to the right, with a
prolongation of the last described line, for
a distance of 82 feet; thence Southwesterly on a
line forming an angle of 19 degrees 43 minutes
to the right, with a prolongation of the last
described line, for a distance of 267 feet to
the place of beginning, in the City of McHenry,
County of McHenry and State of Illinois,
be and hereby is amended from "R-1" Residential to "B-l"

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
It was moved by Pitzeri , seconded by
Bolger , that the above ordinance be passed.
Voting Aye: Bolger, Conway, Pitzen, Schaefer
and Smith.
Voting Naye: None.
Absent: Brown.
