BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
McHENRY, ILLINOIS, that the permitted use of the property
described as follows:
That part of the Easterly Half of Lots 10
and 11 in Block 16, of the original town
of McHenry West of the Fox River, being a
part of the Southeast Quarter of Section
26, Township 45 North, Range 8 East of the
Third Principal Meridian in McHenry County,
Illinois,
and presently classified "B" Business, under the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of McHenry, be varied to permit the use
of the above described premises for the manufacture of light
tool and die components, with the variation to be limited to
the use of McHenry Die and Stamping Company, Inc., and the
further provision that the number of employees of the said
company shall be limited to not more than five (5) in number
on the above described premises. The duration of the varia-
tion herein permitted shall be eight (8) years from the date
of the company's first occupancy.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
It was moved by Schaefer , seconded by
Conway , that the above ordinance be passed.
Voting Aye: Conway, Pitzen, Schaefer, Smith.
Voting Naye: Bolger.
Absent: Brown.
