AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ZONING
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
McHenry, Illlinois, as follows:
SECTION I. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
McHenry, Illinois, as presently in force, be and the same is
hereby amended to reclassify to B-,District the following
described premises:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Lot 7 of
E.M. Owens Estates Addition, according to the
plat thereof recorded in the Recorder's Office
of McHenry County, Illinois in Book 1 of Plats,
Page 39; thence Northwesterly along the North-
easterly line of said Lot 7 and Lots 8 and 9,
199.64 feet to the Southeasterly line of Lot 22
of the County Clerk's Plat; thence Northeasterly
along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 22 and
said line extended, 224.03 feet to the South-
easterly line of State Highway Routes 31 and 120;
thence Northeasterly along said Southeasterly
line, 66 feet to a point; thence Southeasterly
94.5 feet to a point, 107.25 feet Southeasterly
from the Southeasterly line of said Lot 22 ex-
tended; thence Southeasterly 289.82 feet to a
point along the South line of the premises re-
corded in said Recorder's Office in Book 165 of
Deeds, Page 418 as Document No. 53817; thence
Southwesterly 50 feet to a point, 131.66 feet
Northeasterly from the most Easterly corner of
Lot 4 of said Owens Estates Addition; thence
Northwesterly 195.52 feet to a point, 132 feet
North of the place of beginning; thence South-
westerly 132 feet to the place of beginning, all
in Range 8, Township 45 North, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, in McHenry County, Illinois.
SECTION II. That all journals, maps and other records
of the City of McHenry, shall be changed accordingly.
SECTION III. That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.

SECTION IV. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to
