FOR THE-FISEAL YEAR 1958-1959
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of McHenry, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That is is deemed necessary in order to defray the necessary
expenses and liabilities of said City for the current fiscal year, that there
be and there hereby is appropriated to provide for the general tax levy and
other revenue for the current fiscal year, the aggregate sum of Three Hundred
Sixty -Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($369,900.00); that the
object and purposes for which said appropriation is made and the amounts
appropriated for the same are as follows, to -wit:
Interest on bonded indebtedness

SECTION 2. All unexpended balances of any item or items of any general
appropriation made by this Ordinance may be expended in making up any
insufficiency in any items in the same general appropiration and for the
same general purposes or in a like appropriation made by this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage,
approval and publications, accordinf- to law.

I, Earl R. Walsh, certify that I am
the duly elected Clerk of the City of McHenry
in the County of McHenry and State of Illinois
and that I am the keeper of records and seal of
said City. I further certify that on March 30, 1959
the City Council of the City of McHenry passed and
approved a resolution instructing me as City Clerk
to instruct the County Clerk of McHenry County to
extend a tax rate for the 1958 tax levy Which will
produce the same amount of dollars as raised under
the 1957 tax levy.
