ORDINANCE CREATING A PLAN COMMISSION
FOR THE CITY OF McHENRY,

WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interests of the City
of McHenry, Illinois, to establish a new Plan Commission
Board and a more definite organizational plan to achieve an
over-all area plan,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry;
Illinois, that the ordinance entitled " An Ordinance Creating
a Plan Commission for the pity of McHenry, Illinois", passed
and approved on the 5th day of March, A.D. 1956, be and
hereby, is repealed in its entirety.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval into law.
