AN ORDINANCE MAKING THE k,jNUAL APPROPRIATION
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1953-195L
BE IT ORDAINID BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of McHenry, Illinois;
SECTION 1. That it is deemed necessary in order to defray the necessary
e�m enses anc liabilities of said City for the current fiscal year, that there
be and there hereby is appropriated to :provide for the general tax levy and
other revenue for the current fiscal year, the aggregate sum of One Hundred
Thirty -Eight, Thousand Five Hundred Fifty -One and No/ 100 Dollars (S138,551.00);
that the object and purposes for which said appropriation is made and the
amounts appropriated for the same are as follows, to -wit:

SECTION 2. All unexpended balances of any item or items of any general
appropriation made by this Ordinance mpy be e,=pended in making up any insuf—

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passa e,
approval and publications, according to law.
