AN ORDINANCE FOR THE LEVY OF TAXES
FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR
Whereas the City Council of the City of McHenry, County of McHenry, and State of

Illinois, did on the 21st day of July A. D., 1952, pass the Annual Appropriation for said
City for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1952, the amount of which is ascertained to be
the aggregate sum of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand One Hundred Forty -Six and No/lop
Dollars ($114,lh6.00), which said Appropriation Bill was duly published on the 13th day

of August, A. D., 1952, Now, Therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois,
that there be and is. hereby levied upon all taxable property within the corporate limits
of said City for the year 1952, the total sum of Twenty -Eight Thousand and Eight Dollars
and fifty cents ($28,008.50) for the folloming specific purposes mentioned in said
Appropriation Bill and in the respective sums as follows, to -wit:
